Spire completed the refurbishment of their existing private hospital where the main focus of the project was to install a new MRI scanner and associated areas to accompany this facility.
The scheme’s scope of works included a high quality refurbishment of the MRI Examination Room, MRI Control Room, Preparation Area, MRI Technical Room, Waiting Area and Changing Rooms. This included:

- LED General and emergency lighting
- Fire Alarm System
- CCTV system
- Nurse call system
- HVAC System
- Ventilation
- Hot & cold water services
